Streaming video inside a window on site???

I have created a site that is an old tv as the interface. There is a button that takes users to a screen that they can select a video to play. I want the video to play inside the screen on the tv. Is this possible? If so, can anyone explain it to me. I am a newbie, so be simple. If this helps, my site is:
