Streaming Video From Site???

Hi, I need to stream some video clips from our company website. I've never done this before and don't have any idea about the process required to do this.

Can anyone offer any advice on the steps to take to stream video from a site.

generally speaking, you'll need a streaming server (MS have this discussion about web vs streaming server.

Industry standard ones are:
- Microsoft streaming server
- Real Server
- Quicktime server

The websites above give lots of info about this.
