I'm using Tapit NOVA to collect SMDR records from my Avaya S8720 and am looking for a way to send the SMDR records from my Cisco UCM version 6 to the same address. I've been poking through the GUI for Call Manager and looking at the help files but don't see what I'm looking for. I'm hoping someone can help me boil down the HELP files to configure the IP address and port to communicate over.

Thanks for any help!

1. Enable CDR's within the Service Parameter Configuration (Do this for all UCM nodes)

2. Within Unified Serviceability, Tools, CDR Management add the destination for the CDR's (FTP or SFTP)

You should start receiving .CSV files every 1 min or so if using the default settings.

We specialise in Cisco and have a product that will sync the directory from UCM, depending on your size TIM Plus (up to 400 users) or TIM Enterprise (Unlimited users). Both products have unlimited web users, display boards and are Cisco IVT tested
