streaming Real Audio using list/menu form

I can't seem to get the list/menu form to<br>stream Real Audio. I visited the Macromedia<br>site and found some code, but I'm not sure<br>how to completely fill it out. I want the<br>visitor to choose from the list/menu, then<br>have it immediately start the stream. I've<br>already created the .rm file, but the information at Macrocedia's site doesn't say<br>where exactly the code needs to be changed except for what's in yellow.
