Hi,

I am making a site for a Dj and would like to include some of his mixes on the site for users to listen to.

How would I go about this?

I am not concerned with bandwith or server space as I have more than enough to deal with this.

Because I am streaming the media, does filesize matter? If so, what size approx should I try to keep to?

Can anyone give me some links to useful information regarding this?

Sorry for sounding like a complete novice but in this situation I am!!

Thanks a lot in advance
Wullie

Hi Wullie,

Http 'streaming' is pretty simple, but have a look at for the basics.

The file size doesn't much matter other than for the amount of space on the server, it will be pretty much dictated by the quality settings you choose. Also, if you intend to stream a lot, then I hope you have a reasonable amount of bandwidth to play with.

Good luck
