Streaming Audio with IE7 doesn't work for 1 user

Hi Gang,
One of our end users complains about a particular audio stream (Radio Station) that does not function for her, while it does work for others on the LAN.

She doesn't seem to have any problems with other streams, simply this one. It appears to be running when she presses play as you see the counter progressing, but there isn't any audio to be heard.

I am unsure how to begin trouble shooting. She's running Windows XP SP2 and
IE 7.
What would you suggest?

What file format is this stream? Is it a problem with missing codecs?

Any difference if you use Headphones, probably not, but it is something to try?

See if any other third party software is interfering with your sound.

Try "Safe Mode With Networking" and if that works proceed down this path.
