Stratasfot to Nortel E1

I have a Nortel Succession 1000 with 3 e1 cards and these go directly to an ericcson gsm switch. All this is fine

I have bought a stratasoft predicitive dialer with an e1 card and I am trying to connect the dialer to another e1 card.

One one is rj45 and the other end db15. Any ideas on the pinouts?
