Stratagy IVP8

I'm picking up a customer that has taken over a previous owner's CTX system with IVP8 voice mail. I have had no problem programming the CTX. However, the usual mailboxes 999, 992, 993 are missing. I want to take the IVP8 back to default on everything. Generally wipe it clean and start from scratch. Does anyone know how to return this card to default?
