Hi, I usually only work on Partners and Meridians. I have a client that I am reistalling their Strata from a 4 station to a 5 station 4 line to 3 line.

Everything works and station wiring is easy. I need to program the statins form 4 CO lines down to 3. Plust I need to reprogram the buttons on the sets to things like FLASH/RECALL, etc.

I found a manual on line and I can get into programming mode. The manual is hugh! Does anyone have a quick programming guide or some simple instructions to reprogram the buttons it is a DK-16 with DKT-2010-SD sets.

Thanks,

the strata dk is an older toshiba product, wish i remembered the "lds" on that one. wasn't it 81 for line assignment? been to long.. if no one chimes in, i'll pull my old manuals. the program sheets are eaiser to use then the manuals.. they have all the area's listed that you need

I think there is a button on the KSU that you depress for programming. You then do your programming from x13 or 17 as I remember.

Yes, I was able to program from any station with *#*#1*2*3*. After I printed off the manual from the web and was able to train myself in programming the system in about 5 hours.

The manual is not the easiest but with prior programming knowledge I was able to get the hang of it.

The one thing that hung me up for along time was programming the set buttons.

When you are programming CO lines you have to use the LED's on the set to indicate the proper line being programmed.

Well they fail to mention that you start with LED 1 which actually is the Intercom buttom when not in programming mode. Button 2 is CO line 1, etc.

Very confusing but now I can work on any Strata since I got the hang of it so I will look like a pro next week when I work with my client on reinstalling this system for their sales team.

Thanks everyone!
