Strange VM 9.0 Behavior

Hey All,

I am running centralized voicemail 9.0 on Windows Server 2008 R1. We have added in a second SCN branch location with about 50 users.

We have been having some very odd behavior specifically at this new location. I am having users report that internal to internal calls attempt to leave a message, but then never actually get saved in the destination's mailbox. This is specifically only for a handful of users, not all of them.

Has anyone had similar occurrences of this?

can you recreate the problem with those users?
If you can try deleting one of them and re enter them into IPO then test again..

Without knowing what you have configured as the voicemail settings on either system its a rather pointless question to ask for any help.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
