Has anyone experienced this, or know why it's happening to me? Frequently when I run my web app. (F5 in debug), I kill it by closing the browser, and not clicking 'Stop'. Then when I go to view the Properties Menu when viewing an aspx in Design View, the menu doesn't open. It's in the sidebar, the other menus open, it expands from the little icon like it's going to open, but doesn't. I close the IDE and reopen it to get the menu to open. What's up with that?

yea, sometimes the autohide gets hosed. Just click the menu, go to the windows menu at the top of VS, and click off "Auto-Hide". The menu will then appear again, and you can start auto-hiding it again with the pushpin button.

I believe I only saw it when a DataSet or DataAdapter was involved. Forms/Controls Resizing/Tabbing Control
