Strange user showing up in MMC 1

Hello all
This morning when I opened up the Symantec System Center I noticed a new user logged into one of our machines. The username was as follows "~E~V in ~F" without the quotes.
Has anybody seen this user before ? Also I notice that the tildes are actually higher up than where they appear here, like right at the top.

Any info is appreciated.

No problem, I have been working with Symantec for 3 years and have seen the problem before and knew where to look.
