Strange Transfer Issue

I got a call from a customer of mine saying that when they go to transfer a call, it only goes to one certain phone. No matter what they press. If someone calls in and wants to be transferred to extension 21, it will go to 25 and it does this no matter what. The system is a CICS. I have never heard of something like this. Any ideas?
 
Really dumb, but I have had this occur a couple of times. It may just be that the DSS button for that extension is stuck. I have had to physically "crack" buttons before, due to orange pop, nail polish........ Sorry, but it was the first thing to pop into mind.
 
It's not in the programming because this just started happening today. Also, it's happening on all phones. I'm having them reset the system before they leave tonight to see if that clears the problem.
 
Sounds like a stuck button to me. Hold down release button, run your fingers over the rest of the buttons. This usually releases stuck buttons. If one button does not release,the function of that button will be the only you can do, or you might just no function at all because your phone will be locked up
 
I doubt that there are stuck buttons on every phone. I'm going out to this site tomorrow because now apparently when they do a F986, the extension only rings. This is messed up.
