Strange Things with Netware 5

When users are copying files to the NW5 Server they are dropped. The files they have copied to the Server are corrupted. These files cannot be deleted in a normal manner. The server must be downed and the files deleted from DOS. Any ideas or recommendations would be most helpful! Forgive me for not being more verbose, I come from an NT shop, yes the evil Redmond Software!

Dave, what type of servrs, nics, and switches/hubs are you using. (I'm looking for brand names)
If you are using HP products, go out to HP's website and make sure you are using the most up to date drivers available. I have had similar sounding issues that were resolved by NIC driver updates and tweaks.
