I have 3 offices connected via an SCN connection(s). All three can Direct dial each other with out any problem. They have need to be able to transfer calls from the outside to each other from time to time. While site a can transfer to site b, site C has issues transferring to site a. The call transfers fine but the customer can't hear anything, while the office personnel is fine. My gut tells me this is a firewall network issue. I just need to be sure as direct dial works.
