Hi,
I have the following problem:
I made a backup of a drive containing a normal disk structure:

directory1-->subdir-->subdir
directory2-->subdir
directory3
directory4-->subdir-->subdir-->subdir

When I try to restore, Arcserve does just one directory per time.

For example if I select all to be restored arcserve creates the external directory structure but doesn't put the content in.
If I select just one directory per time it works but not with the subdirectories.

What's the problem?

Thank you very much,
Luigi

check the restore options when you start a restore job. In here you can configure ARCserve to restore certain directory structures or not. If you want to restore the original structure then select : 'restore directories from the base'. The option 'do not create the base directory' is selected by default and will not restore to the original structure

regards
