strange "dll-error" on Windows Millenium

I recently made a multimedia CD-ROM with Macromedia Director 7.02. Now, I receive feedback from some Windows Millenium users. When starting a linked QuickTime movie in the Projector the following error is being displayed:

<Application Name> caused an invalid page fault 10H in module MSVCRT.DLL
at 0187:7802ffdl.

This problem does not occur on all Windows Me systems!

What might be the reason for that error and what can a Windows Me user do against it? thanks for every usefull answer...
