Strange Problem

GW 6sp3 Special Education environment students are on their own network with their own GW domain, and rules are set on all the student accounts to forward all email received to the students counselor who is on an Administrative network on its own domain, once the Counselor reviews the email and approves it, the message is forwarded back to the student, and the rule is set that if the message comes from the admin network to stop rule processing. This works for all student-counselor combinations except for one counselor who when sending mail back to any student that this counselor is responsible for, the mail is processed as if it is not from the admin network. I'm unable to find an explanation as to why. Anyone have any thoughts as to where to look?

Nope, that is one of the first things that I checked.

hmm, can you post the headers of one that works and one that doesn't? maybe we can figure out the difference that way.
