Strange Problem With VPN

Hi people,
first of all, sorry for my english, I speak an other language
I have a problem with the LAN-VPN.
I explain you better...
I create an Incoming Connection, so I give my IP to a friend, he connect his PC to my VPN and this thing is ok, it runs. But I want that more friends can connect to me, two friends instead of one. For allow another friend to connect to me I give him my IP too. And in this moment appears a problem: the first friend can connect to me but when the second friend try to connect an error message appears to him. The message say that it's impossible to connect to VPN.
I have created 2 different account allowed to connect to my VPN.
What can I do for solving this problem?

In order to help you we need more information. What type of VPN are you using? How many licenses do you have? What is the exact error message?
