I have 2 Magix R4.7 connected with an Integra T1, using AdTran Netvanta 3200 routers. I am using channels 13-24 for voice. If you go off-hook at location 2 and dial an extension at location 1, you see the light go orange on the T1 board, and the phone rings at location one. When you answer the phone at loc one, you hear silence. As soon as you answer loc 1, loc 2 drops the call (the orange light goes off the T1 board)and the phone at loc 2 goes to fast busy. So the call is apparently going across the circuit and ringing, but the voice is not following.
If you pick up a phone at loc 1 and call an extension at loc 2, it immediately goes to a fast busy signal and never rings at the desk at loc 2. If you call a DID number that should be passed to loc 2, you hear a couple of seconds silence and then "we are sorry all circuits are busy."
Data is passing over the circuit with no problem on channels 1-12. the ars seems to be OK at both locations, given that as soon as you dial an extension that should be at the other end, the T1 goes orange like it is grabbing and trying to send the call.
The routers (once we made some cable changes) are greened up for both voice and data, and most signifcantly calls from one location actually ring the other - this only works from 2 to 1 as stated above.
I have no idea where to start troubleshooting. We have looked at some data captured while monitoring the Magix and it appears to be OK. Help!!!!
