Strange Problem With Netscape 4.7

Hi,

My dad has a problem that I'm trying to help him with.

He still uses Netscape 4.7 because his PC doesn't have enough RAM or enough free hard drive space to upgrade
to a later version - so we're stuck with 4.7

For the last month, he can only pull up his my.yahoo.com home/startup page in the early hours - say 1 am to 6 am. Any other time of day, he just gets a blank page - no error messages.

He uses a dial-up connection and seems to have no problem connecting to his ISP any time of day.

I have my.yahoo.com as my startup page and never have a problem accessing the page (I use IE)
So this makes me think maybe there is a setting in his Netscape configuration that could cause this. But if so, why is he able to access the page at all?

Any ideas?

even though he connect to his ISP really don't mean that he can browse the net. during the time in question is he able to pull up any other websites? also can he pull up the my.yhoo.com if he types it in?
