Strange Problem with my internet connection.

Hello friends,
I'm having this problem where IE and outlook stop working 2 mins after reboot. Strange thing, MSN Messenger, Kazaa Lite works. I reset the TCP/IP settings but no luck.
Any help is appreciated.

Do you work on and network with active directory. Some times if the DNS is not correct the internet connection will fade in and out. The big test is to try and connection the windows updates.

what version of windows are you working with
if it is 98/me
start settings control panal add/remove programs
microsoft IE ...highlight
click add/remove
repair IE
