Hi,

I have a problem that has me baffled.
I have a table, 2 columns wide. the second row of the table spans a page - no problem. All this in "normal" style.
Then I apply a style to the Header row and the second row jumps to the next page and doesn't span the page any more, it just truncates.
I've tried changing the "keep lines together", "allow row to break" options within the style but I can't get it to work as I want.

I'm pulling my hair out - any ideas, opinions, help gratefully received.

As a work-round, you could have the header row as a separate table separated by a small gap. (I can't explain the problem: similar things have worked OK for me.)
