Strange print all aaaaaaaaas

I have never had this problem before. When I print my whole document is letter a's

like this aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa


When I print to my laser samsun 1250 i get the aaaaaaa's when i print to a HP i get regular printout?


Any help is appreciated.

Hi

At a guess, the font which you are using is not embedded in the PDF, but the HP has the font installed, so can easily use it. The Samsung doesn't. Check the printer manuals for how to add fonts to the printer, or better still, embed the font in the pdf Derren
