Strange PopUp after on upgrade: WinDVD

I just upgraded to XP-Pro and every time I boot I get message about Compatibility Upgrade for InterVideo’s WinDVD. A program that ‘improves performance of Windows Media Player’

I deleted the program from the installed programs.
(DVD player still works)

But I still get the PopUp wanting me to buy the upgrade.

Where do I look to find and remove this popup?
