Strange Outlook Free/Busy Problem

Hi Everyone

This is one for the Experts.

Problem : a Specific User is unable to view Free/Busy on his Notebook. (We have exchange 07)

I've tried the following : New User Profile, New Outlook Profile, Repair Office 07, Outlook /cleanfreebusy

All to No avail.

Then, I tried logging into the Problematic Machine with my Account (Local Admin) and setup the Users Mailbox... what'ya know.. it works.. Free Busy actually shows.

How can I fix this so the user can view Free/busy with his own profile?

By the way, the User is also Local Admin and I have also tried to remove Cached Exchange Mode, doesn't do anything.

Thanks
Max

In most of the cases I've seen, the location of the FREE /BUSY is a server folder or share. Regardless of the rights on the local machine, the user would need proper rights on that server folder in order to access it. I would look on the server rather than the local machine for a solution. Hope this helps.
