Hi everyone, we have some white box servers with intel mobos running windows server 2003. They have 2 Intel 82575EB network ports and 2 Intel Pro1000 PT network ports on a mini IO card. We are noticing that occassionally the Pro1000 ports become unresponsive and sometimes even disappear from the Network Connections list. Only a restart of the server fixes this.

We checked the driver version which is 9.12.36.0 dated 12/4/2008 and thought, there has to be an update to this. Well there isn't. Would anything have an idea what could be causing this behavior? OS Updates are a couple weeks old. Maybe we can fully update the server as well...

Should this also be posted in the hardware forum?

thanks!!
Steve
