Hi,
I have a very strange problem with starting the Netware 5.1 installer. When I boot up with the dr-dos floppy or when I run install.bat it always fails and gives me an error like "Loader [numbers]: An exception interrupt occured" and shows me a memory dump. It asks whether I want to exit or see the state of the registers (CPU) or the memory dump again. I always get this error. Does anyone know how I can overcome this problem?

Sounds like a memory problem. First start with the basics and check your bios settings for ram timing and what type of ram you have (ECC or non ECC). If you don't know what kind of ram you have I would set everything to the slowest setting as possible. For example set the ram to "CAS 3" and set the type of ram to non ECC if it already isn't, unless you know for a fact it is ECC ram. Usually these ram settings are under chipset info in the bios. If you still have problems I recommend getting the RAM checked. Good Luck
