Strange Mail Problems in Web Access

We have two users, both using the exact same laptops, both using Win2000, both using IE...

When they go into the Exchange Web interface and try to send mail, even if the mail is EMPTY, they get an error message telling them that the mail cannt be sent because Exchange limits the message body to 100K... Anyone ever seen this before and if so, got any advice on what I can do to get rid of it? If they then use Netscape to access Exchange they can send mail with no problems.... For the moment, I've got them to use Netscape but we need to resolve the issue with IE....

Lil help? Anyone?

Are they trying to send using text or mime? With IE you can use up 100k fast with backgrounds, headers, footers, signitures, and colored fonts and such. Try using send as text.
