Strange issue with second line not beeping 1

Meridian 61c running rls 24.24

Call hits the AA and press 1,2,or 3 takes you to 3 seperate phones. If user is on any of the phones and a second call comes in, they second line will doesnt beep 2/10 times. The line will flash with no beep.

Does anyone know if there was an issue with this back oin the day? I`m going to try a newer line card and change TDD but other than that not sure.

It works fine if you call directly 10/10 but calling through mermail it works 8/10 times.

A common cause of this is when each of the phones are the same digital line card. Spread them to separate cards and the problem is resolved.

Another issue is when you have Distinctive Ringing turned on - the beep is there but often unheard.
