Avaya IPO 8.1 (63)using Nortel T7316E phones.
I have run into an issue that I can't find an answer to. I am hoping someone has run into this. (Extns and Names Hypothetical) When users call extn 100 the display shows Bob (old employee on extn). Then after 2-3 sec it will change to Jim (who is currently employed and is set in Name and Full Name fields in Manager). This happens from all phones in office. I cannot figure out where the phone is getting Bob's name from. Anybody ever ran into this?
