Strange Issue with Display Names

Avaya IPO 8.1 (63)using Nortel T7316E phones.

I have run into an issue that I can't find an answer to. I am hoping someone has run into this. (Extns and Names Hypothetical) When users call extn 100 the display shows Bob (old employee on extn). Then after 2-3 sec it will change to Jim (who is currently employed and is set in Name and Full Name fields in Manager). This happens from all phones in office. I cannot figure out where the phone is getting Bob's name from. Anybody ever ran into this?

It would be better if you give the correct names.

Maybe the name you see is not what you think.

Look at the call appearance Lable..maybe it has a name instead off a,b,c

A picture image of the screen would be nice just to see before and after the name changes
