Strange issue with calling in to ACD number

Hi All,

I have Aastra MX-One 4.1 SP7 system connecting via SIP trunk with 7 cisco systems. MX-One has ACD group number 6666 for call centre. 2x cisco sites can not reach to this number. I have used the same configuration for all sites so 5 are working fine hence no doubt on the configuration. But cisco vendor also mentioned they have used same routing configuration as well and can not find any error. Not sure what is happening to only this specific number. This 2 sites call to similar number range (eg:6667, 6668) call successful, call to other extensions also no issue. Please advise if anyone know or faced this kind of issue before.

note: If cisco route the call through other working cisco cme bypass to MX-One, it's work. In below config , DEST=701, ROU=102 is which is not working for incoming to 6666 only. Outgoing is ok.
