Hi all,
We have encountered a strange issue at client that has an avaya ip office v2 500, where when they connect a j139 phone, it connects to pbx, but when they connect another phone the phone will not connect.
It is getting ip address, but will not register.
The weird part is when you disconnect the phone that is registered and working, the phone that did not work will register and make calls.
We checked the dhcp pool and the configuration and it all looks good.
The have also have the avaya 16xx and 96xx phones.
The phones of the j139 are configured as sip and they have enough end point licenses, we also checked Voip setting tab in the pbx, with sip Registrar enabled,
The version of the pbx firm was 10.1.xx.
The firewall gives ip to the phones
Does anyone have an idea,if we missed something else?
Thank you in advanced
