We have a strange problem with an INIVERGE SV8100 PBX. Often some phones suddenly stop working and reboot. We tried replacing the POE switch but nothing changes... After the restart they work for hours and then freeze again. Even when they are blocked they respond to ping all the time. We also changed all the various LAN cables, any ideas?

Strange issue on UNIVERGE SV8100

Couple things. One could be a DOS attack internal or external (this could be conflicting IP as well). This is a Netlink remote system losing connection. If these are digital phones and non Netlink on your 8100 just remove the LAN cable and see if the problem goes away. That will point to your network.
