Strange issue - Agents login in Rel 4.0

Dear all.

We have s8500/g650 with rel 4.0 CM running, & licensed is only opned for BCMS Basic not for elite agents.

For all the agents we have 9650 IP Phones.

Hunt group is 11 & agent logind ids we created in BCMSvu login as 7011,7012 ...

when agent tried to login using *75 11 7011 system rejects & gets busy tone agent not able to login, even we tried login *75 7011 11 still it is refusing

this is the way to login to basic BCMS or we are doing something wrong

Pls Pls advice

try using 0011 as hunt group number.
