Strange! Installed Printer can't see in Windows XP

I have network Printer & one local inkjet printer installed on my machine running windows xp Pro
it was working finesuddenly i could't see any of installed printer.
Even add printer does't work it pops error window
operation can't be completed.

Try logging in as administrator and try again.

also, if you where already admin, please post entire error message
