we have four incoming sendmail devices (firewalls) two are public facing while two are in a dmz. strange problem, emails that go through the public facing sendmail, get sent to exchange in html format (no problem) when these same emails are sent through dmz sendmail, they get sent to exchange in txt format. why would this mime type change?
