Hi,
I'm running ccm 4.1.

If I go to Route Plan/Route Group then choose a certain FXO card in the upper right, I get this error:

DBLX.AnalogAccessPortListX.1 error '80040615'
CDBLException Dump: [ActiveX object not initialized via insert or select]

/CCMAdmin/mgcpsidemenu.asp, line 272

I can however view this card under device/gateway.

I only get this error on 2 FXO cards.

I have reset the gateways and still get the same error.

Have you considered upgrading to SR3b? A *bunch* of bug fixes are available for 4.1(3). It's entirely possible that this is one of them.

lol, actually I'm upgrading to 4.2 on the 7th.
I get one free upgrade per year from my vendor.

Why 4.2 instead of 4.1(3)SR3b? Are there features in 4.2 that you need?

Yes, I need the feature that will allow an agent to logout/make busy on their phone so they can take themselves out of a hunt group.

Yep, that's a handy feature. I'm just not convinced that 4.2 is as stable as it should be, yet. I don't have any specifics, but it's still pretty new. I definitely wouldn't go with 5.0. I'd prefer at least one more SR to come out before a jump to 4.2, but stability is king for me. I don't even think 4.1(3) is as reliable as it should be. I've been running into weird issues with it that shouldn't really be there.

Yes, I am also avoiding 5.0 until next year when they hit 5.0.6?. While I was Networks 2006 in Las Vegas I had a breakout class comparing the two versions. I was surprised that you actually lost features in 5.0
