Strange freehand tool

I haven't used Corel for some time and now I need it to copy a map contour. I'm using freehand tool and everything looked great, until the freehand begun to act very strange. Every line I'm drawing with freehand is acting like I was pressing down the Ctr key. But I'm not.
Can somebody tell me what is going on?

Yup! You've probably got a corrupt file. Copy the drawn objects onto the clipboard, open a new document then paste the drawn objects in and see how it goes. Oops! I've joined a club that'll have me as a member?
