Strange footnote text flow problem

Hi!

I have a strange problem with cs2 mac. A 600 page document with footnotes. When i edit the document, some text flows are changeged by Indesign.

Example: if i edit a text in page 50 and the text doesnt change that much so no text flow in that page. If i go somewhere else on document, text flows differently, for example on page 102 and to the end. Pages are not rearranged, indesingn just reflows text on random pages.

Any ideas?
