I've got a problem, appreciate any help up front. Got a peer network, all WinXPPro, with one acting as file server. Has drive D holding data for all users. As users have been using there drives, XP builds cached or whatever kind of directories, usually a combination of letters and alpha's such as 6t3d2s - gives this name to directory and leaves it. It is confusing the heck out of these users. Anyone know how to turn this off? Is it a cache thing, or something else? Thanks.
