Hello.

I'm using Cisco Call Manger 3.3(3) on Windows 2000 machines with sp3. I have to Call Managers and a Unity Machine. I only get these messages on one of my ccm's, the other is just fine..

The second one is an issue to where its not the publisher..

The CDRInsert service should only be ran on the publisher, which then that service takes the CCM CDR data and inputs it into the CDR SQL database..

Go into the Services page and disable it..

For the first, search on 'forum.cisco.com'
