Hey,
We keep getting an Information box on one of our workstations. The error reads

F: has been excluded. It cannot be selected until it has been removed from the exclusion list.

I've been working on this for a few hours with no results.
[ul]
[li]I reinstalled Service Pack 6a.
[li]I changed the drive letter of the CDROM drive from F to G.
[li]I went through the registry looking for "exclusion" and found only things releated to Internet Explorer caching.
[li]I removed VirusScan because it has an exclusion list.
[/ul]
I've just about run out of straws to grasp at.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ben

When does the error pop up. At boot time, when a program starts, or what. Something has created an exclusion list. Finding out when the message is displayed might help.

Hello James.
The message pops up roughly every 45 to 50 seconds. It doesn't happen right away at boot time. It seems to happen after you logon. It happens no matter what account you use to logon, however.

I ran chkntfs /d and rebooted. When DiskKeeper 4 started to run, it came up with the error F:'s Properties have changed. I removed and reinstalled DiskKeeper and everything has been working fine.
Thanks for the help!
Ben
