Strange error message

I have a server running Windows XP and I have installed FrontPage Server Extensions 2002. But I got this error message whenever I run this frontpage project.

"You have submitted a form or followed a link to a page that requires a web server and the FrontPage Server Extensions to function properly. "

Can anyone tell me how to properly installed Front Page Server Extension 2002 ?
I use the following installation file "fe02_x86_ENG.exe" downloaded from Microsoft to install the Server Extensions.

ANy ideas ?

Do you have IIS running on Windows XP pro? Are the permissions set up properly on the server?

I have IIS running on the server . Permission ??? I didn't change any of the rights in IIS and it works fine with other non-FrontPage pages.

Any more ideas, I really appreciate it .

Are you also dumping the form to a file? Is the SMTP server set up properly?
