Strange error message when using OWA

Here is the message

HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error(USG support)

What is the meaning of this? What must I fix/install/remove/plug/unplug ???? A google search and over 1 hour later, I can't find anything I can associate to ...

When and where do you see this message. Before or after the OWA login? In the preview pane? What version of server are you running? What SP level is the server and Exchange at?
