Strange email: <user name> deleted

One of our user got very strange email, which from another staff, and subject is "FirsName LastName deleted" and email body is "FirsName LastName deleted", and he got about 7 this kind email.

From: FirstName LastName
To: My Name
Subject: FirstName LastName deleted
FirstName LastName deleted

But all these sender said that they never sent this email out.

Could anybody help me?
