The Inter-Comm line rings and the display shows voicemail 000-000-1234. Any clues?

Hi philhamlin,
Looks like outcalling from a mailbox is done incorrectly. The user forgot to enter "9pause" before the dialed number. The trailing "1234" looks like the default mailbox password.

Perhaps a transfer from the auto attendant with some kind of invalid caller id? That would account for "voice messaging system" in the display first, and then "000-000-1234".

Hi philhamlin,
How often does this happen and to what extension? If it's ext 10, then TTT's post is a distinct possibility.
