Hello All,
I have a BCM50 rel. 6 system. One of my extension has a Avaya 1165e Phone configured with (2) NTYS08 KEM's with an external power supply. Just last week, the backlight on the first KEM stopped working (directly attached to phone), but the backlight on the second KEM (connected to first KEM) is fine. I thought maybe the backlight had failed, so I swapped out the KEM with another one that has a known good backlight. Unfortunately, this didn't solve the problem. Any ideas how I would resolve this?
