Strange Date Problem

Hi, I have a user using WordPerfect 8.0. Sometimes it'll automatically put in the date November 15, 1999. The date is not selected. It does it on new documents that he's creating. It doesn't do it all the time but once in a while if there's a page two it'll put that date on it. I just configured a new pc for him and did a clean install of WP, today he came to me with a memo that was two pages long and sure enough on the second page it has November 15, 1999. Anyone have any idea what this is or where it's coming from?
