Strange calls (direct lines)

Hi !!

We have analogue lines in Hipath 2036. When local users call us through this lines, we hear the user voice and a busy tone at the same time.

Our carrier says that everything is OK on his side.

Please any advice...

I've had that happen when I'm one pin off and accidentally punch one pair down on one side of 2 different trunks at the same time...

I've also had this problem on Panasonic 2-line phones when the users push down and lock the conference button (which joins the 2 lines together) - which they then deny doing and I have to drive all the way across town just to find out they lied...
